We picked this Motel based on the recommendation of Lonely Planet. The decor is slightly dated but spotlessly clean, well equipped with comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and gave us excellent advice of the attractions in Dunedin. A bit out of the city centre but quiet, easy to find and reasonably priced. We will stay there again.
