The Terraces at Oceanbeach

Thank you for your feedback. We are very busy here at The Terraces and I do not have time to sit in the office to watch my guests. Our office, however, faces apartment 1&2 and if I am working on the computer any movement will make you look up. Also the cleaning is incorrect we only expect our guests to put out the rubbish and to wash the dishes or put them in the dish washer and turn it on. Regarding asking for payment on the morning of departure. I only said I forgot you hadn't come back to the office with your credit card as I had been busy with a family matter. Our policy is to pay on arrival which they would have known as I sent them a confirmation, as this is stated on the form. When he arrived he said his credit card was at the bottom of his bag so I said bring it over later. What establishment would even let them in without seeing his credit card. Regards Trish
