Worst hostel I have ever stayed at. I have never seen such a rude receptionist ever. No hot water the entire time in showers. Just an absolute terrible place to stay. SO many better options for hostels in Queenstown so stay away from here. Also if allergic to cats stay away from here since they roam all areas in the place (Date of experience: Feb, 2010 )
