Elliott Street Apartments Hotel

This is a special place; the restoration is superb, reminiscent of the ambience of the QVB building in Sydney. The lifts are brilliant, you almost expect to see a gent in spats with a lady (sporting a fox fur) on his arm stepping out... If you like art deco or the charm of days gone by, there is nothing better I know. Loved the old bound newspapers to read in the lobby too. Lots of good food outlets handy as there is no restaurant in the hotel. Perfect for a business traveller.
