This review is lacking in fact. This client was to be part of a group of 7 guests. When he arrived he was told he could not park outside our landing gangway, as this area was required for taxis. He spat the dummy and drove back to Auckland without dining. As reported from my Captain he was totally out of line and the other guests thoroughly enjoyed their cruise and apologised for his behaviour. When he rang me I told him what I thought and defended my German born office girl that he had called a paking Nazi. Just because we are in the hospitality business does not mean we need to put up with this sort of behaviour from people like him. Thank goodness the majority of our guests are not like Mr Dawkins.
