Tresco Rotorua Bed & Breakfast

After an exhausting couple of days walking in Tongariro National Park, we arrived at Tresco B&B in Rotorua. After parking our car, we could see their well kept garden and a traditionally designed house, so far so good. We were greeted by Trinka and Trevor and immediately felt at home, as they gave us a tour of the house. You can see theyve put their heart and soul into making the house look beautiful, kind of a 1920s look (well, not all of it, they had a cool oriental theme bedroom as well). We used their hot spring bath (the only B&B in Rotorua with a proper hot spring bath apparently) as much as possible - bliss!! And the breakfast was top notch, especially the bacon and perfectly cooked eggs. Wed just like to say a big THANKS to Trinka and Trevor for making us feel so welcome and all the information was really helpful. Well definitely be staying at your place again on our next Rotorua break. (Date of experience: Jan, 2010 )
