Staff very unfriendly. Facilities are disgusting - only clean for the first couple of uses after being cleaned and then for rest of day they are revolting. If you have to cancel they won't refund any of your money even though they will email you their policy saying if you don't give 48 hours then you have to pay 1 night which is fair but when you do cancel or cut short your stay they won't refund any money ... We just returned from 3 weeks in South Island and Lake Tekapo Holiday camp was one of our last stops. We found the facilities below standard and expensive compared to other sites we had stayed at.
