Skybar has earned its reputation as a top class cocktail bar and we are proudly launching our new cocktail menu in the next couple of weeks.

This summer we have included a new frozen cocktail menu to cool you down on those scorching days in the sun.

Wine connoisseurs will be pleasantly surprised as Skybar has spent time tasting the new wines being produced in the local Otago and wider regions in order to bring you an up to date selection. Along with this we are still preparing our excellent selection of cheese boards designed to accompany our extensive selection of fine wines.
