If you are looking for the perfect party place, here we are !!! The Winchester is situated on the ground floor of a magnificent art deco building in Eden Terrace (Newton) Auckland central region. We specialise in private functions and are not open to the public. Our proprietor/function manager, Jerry, has 9 years experience in organising functions such as 21sts, engagements, company mid year and Christmas socials and the list goes on. In these financially difficult times, your function with us here won't cost you an arm and a leg.
