Any visit to local Nelson markets will help enforce just why Aquafresh is so popular in these parts. Delightfully smoked fish feature on platters and picnics all over the top of the South Island. Local delicacies Hoki and Trevally are caught in New Zealand waters, taken fresh from the boats, prepared, smoked using South Island Beech and Manuka. It is then vacuum packed to seal in its fresh flavour and moistness.
