Whatever your chosen profession, having a strong back and core area is vital in leading a strong healthy way of life. We get one body in this lifetime, so shouldn't we be looking after it? Having a good strong healthy back and core (our whole middle area) is when the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, abdomen and hips are strong enough to work together to help support the the spinal area, and it is better to do an exercise that gets all these core muscles working simultaneously together.
Quality of the exercise, rather than the quantity is the key. It is better to do half the amount properly. Breathing properly while doing the exercises is also essential, Follow the instructions on the top of the chair.
