The Woodturners Studio

Come visit the home of master wood turner Rick Taylor. Rick has been woodturning for over 30 years and enjoys showing visitors to his studio/gallery how the ancient kauri is recovered from nearby swamplands, dried and then turning in to treasures.

Rick's range includes hollow pots, platters, bowl of many shapes and styles. He also offer woodturning tuition for one day or longer and has a supply of kauri wood blanks, slabs etc available for sale.
