History
Osteopathy is a hands-on therapy with an emphasis on finding and treating restrictions of mobility. These restrictions are related to the body's structural system and can adversely affect the whole body. An osteopath practices holistically by using their detailed knowledge of anatomy and physiology to apply manual treatment providing relief for physical conditions and pain. Founded in the early 1870's by an American doctor, osteopathy is a proven therapy and has been practiced successfully for over 130 years.
