Situated in Christchurch, The Salamander Gallery represents contemporary New Zealand and Pacific artists working in painting, printmaking and sculpture. The gallery specialises in Art of the Pacific and represents Fatu Feu'u, Michel Tuffery, Dagmar Dyck, Nanette Lela'ulu and Sheyne Tuffery in Christchurch.

The two galleries and stockrooms hold over 1600 works. The gallery holds an extensive range of unmounted works on paper: paintings, drawings, and original prints, by artists as diverse as Barbara Graham, Stanley Palmer, Tracey Williams, Catherine Macdonald, Jay Linden, k.f.pieters and Ruth Cole.

You can find the Salamander Gallery in the Arts Centre, down Worcester Boulevard from The Square. We are in the South Quad, beside Cave Rock Gallery and opposite Annie's Wine Bar. Open 7 days 10-5pm.
