Located within the Christchurch Art Gallery on Worcester Boulevard, Form Gallery continues to display and retail the work of leading New Zealand artists in a diverse range of media including cast glass, blown glass, wood, bronze, ceramics, weaving, jewellery and other media.

Form Gallery exists to showcase and retail the work of New Zealand contemporary craft artists. During the last ten years of operation in its previous location in Cathedral Square, Form Gallery has established a strong local and international clientele.

Awards: Form Gallery plays an important role in presenting to our Christchurch audience and visitors to the city, the work of emerging and established Craft Artists in the form of both solo and group exhibitions.
