The home has 3 bedrooms, and is suitable for up to 6 people, 2 of the bedrooms have double beds and the other a bunk bed. There is also a travel cot provided free of charge for the little ones.

There are 2 bathrooms, one with a spa bath which has amazing views of the lake and mountains, they are equiped with heated towel rails and heaters. There is a modern fully equiped kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, electric oven and large fridge/freezer. There is a dining table, 2 bar stools and a CD player. There is 2 sofas and an LCD TV and DVD player. The house has a multifuel fire which provides a huge amount of heat, the house is naturally warm as it gets good sunshine and is very well insulated.

The house has a huge decked area, complete with outdoor chairs and table and BBQ, not to forget the amazing views. Fire wood, kindling and coal are all stocked ready for use in winter.
