Located down at the Junction end of Ohakune, SLR shares it's location with Station Lodge. Since 1997 SLR has been providing Ohakune/Mt Ruapehu skiers and boarders with quality equipment.

SLR @ Station Lodge have over 220 snowboards, 350 carving skis and a few pairs of snow blades/ski boards. SLR @ Station Lodge have a very strong fleet replacement program, meaning you will receive modern well tuned equipment. The building has been extended again to hold all the new gear.

The SLR workshop has expanded again this season. SLR @ Station Lodge have just spent $90,000.00 on the latest Montana of Switzerland equipment including Tuning machines, P-Tex Master, Wax Master, 3D edge machine, and LC snowboard grinder. All this to give you the best rentals in the country.

Please Note: Sorry, we do not carry a large selection of children's gear. This is always growing, but supply can sometimes be limited: ie during school holidays.
Opening Times: The shop opens at 7.30am everyday (7.00am on weekends) and closes at 6.00pm (12.00pm midnight on Fridays) or later by arrangement any night. If arriving in Ohakune on Friday night, we strongly recommend you hire your equipment then, rather than risk delays on Saturday morning.
