Music Mountain Matakana

Music Mountain's summer concerts are set in an exclusive venue high in the Whangaripo Hills of Matakana amidst natural bush and scenic views.

The venue opened in 2006 with a summer concert season presenting the finest of New Zealand's Jazz, Blues, and Country artists. Our intention is to present New Zealand's finest musicians, the best of local wine and gourmet picnic foods for the pleasure of a discerning audience. It is our sincere wish that people enjoy these events. To ensure this, we have designed a spectacular show - quality musicians, expert sound, and superb lighting displays in a natural amphitheatre with intimate garden bar ambience.
