The Blackforest Gourmet Butchery is a little piece of Germany in New Zealand, complete with a mouth-watering aroma of continental delicatessen.
German sausages are full of flavour and there are more than 1000 traditional sausage recipes from which German butchers add their own secret ingredients. There is also a range of smoked varieties which also give a different flavour.
Many of the sausages are already cooked and can be used sliced in salads or sandwiches, whilst others require cooking and are particularly well suited to barbecues. So why not crank up the barbecue and experience sausages the way they are supposed to taste?
