Program Fitness is a means whereby runners, joggers, walkers, race walkers, of any ability or age can begin, maintain or improve their health and fitness by running or walking using a personal exercise program under the expert supervision of an ARTHUR LYDIARD trained and suitably qualified masters athlete.
As a member, you will receive assistance in goal setting and a specific training program for your goals -- along with knowledgeable feedback on any problems that you may encounter. Your personalised fitness, exercise program will be taylored to suit your needs.
You will find that your lifestyle and wellbeing will change for the better and that under the expert guidance of your coach. Your inner motivation will mature and give you a much stronger sense of self-achievement. Beginners will remain focused on achievable goals.
