Cardrona Alpine Resort is a relaxed and friendly ski and snowboard resort located between Wanaka and Queenstown, New Zealand. Anyone and everyone is welcome at Cardrona. From Friends, families, those living nearby, those from faraway, skiers, snowboarders, teenagers, kids and senior citizens.

Cardrona Alpine Resort has everything from apartment accommodation to specialist slopes for beginners, wide open groomed slopes for intermediates, chutes for the advanced and an extensive park for freestylers.

Within one minute's walk to the lifts, the Cardrona Alpine Resort Apartments provide absolute convenience. There are fifteen units in total made up of three configurations. Generally availability is very limited with a high number of returning guests from previous seasons. The two smaller sizes have the best availability. While the apartments are self-catering, breakfast is available at the Mezz cafe from 8.30am and lunch from all the mountain restaurants.

Special Features: Cardrona is an incredible playground for freestyle skiers and boarders. Slope facilities include three terrain parks with a wide range of rails and jumps, up to 4 halfpipes and a Gravity Cross course. Many of New Zealand's best freestyle skiers and snowboarders, and increasingly off-season northern hemisphere athletes, base themselves at Cardrona. For example Julianne Bray and Jossi Wells are based at Cardrona.
