Lying in the sun amidst the citrus- covered slopes of Northland is Marsden Estate, Kerikeri's award winning winery. Planted in 1993 the estate is name after Samuel Marsden, who introduced the grapevine to New Zealand with 100 plantings at Kerikeri in 1819. The plantings at Marsden are a little more recent, but both the wine and estate building have a timeless quality.
Experience the flavours of Northland at Marsden Estate. Original cuisine, complimented by estate grown wines can be enjoyed in a relaxed courtyard atmosphere overlooking the lake and vines.
Marsden Estate is a favourite with both locals and visitors - it's a great place to eat and relax. Why not visit us and find out for yourself. Wine sales, tastings and tours are also available.
