Already seen as the pinnacle of the eatery side of Pure Tastes, these regular dinners have become a sell-out event. Guests pay $80 per head including food and wine with 4 courses styled on a theme. Each dinner is held on a Sunday starting promptly at 7.00pm with communal seating. The mystery element is given by the guests not being presented with a menu.
The host chef announces each course as it is served, a little on how it was achieved, often with a mystery element to it, the showcased wine and its matching. At certain times of the year, guest chefs are invited to participate in one of our themed dinners planned for the year.
