The coastal Abel Tasman National Park is one of three national parks in the Nelson region.

It is known for its crystal clear waters, untouched golden sand beaches, rocky headlands, coves, esturaries and lush indigenous forest.

You can walk the coastal track in three to five days (guided trips are an option), or view it from a cruise boat, water taxi or sea kayak. The park is a 20 minute drive from Motueka.
