The Boathouse is a self contained sole occupancy holiday retreat that offers a unique nautical theme with landscaped gardens on an elevated site with views. Made entirely out of recycled native and exotic timber, the master cabin has French doors opening out onto its own deck. The mezzanine floor has two single berths, the restored 28ft Whale Chaser boat, moored alongside the house, has two single squabs.
A fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and large open spaces for dining and entertaining, with big double doors flowing out onto a sunny deck complete with gas barbecue, is perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunny Raumati.
The Boathouse provides a unique atmosphere that you won't find in any normal house of Bach.

- The Boathouse can be used for a variety of functions. Great small venue for up to approximately 30 people. Use as a private corporate meeting place or even enjoy a small wedding. Somewhere different for a Birthday BBQ, or engagement party.
