The Queen Charlotte Track is located in the beautiful Marlborough Sounds, at the top of the South Island of New Zealand. The Queen Charlotte is New Zealand's finest and most diverse coastal track. It combines bush clad shoreline walking with views from skyline ridges.

The Queen Charlotte Track is 71km long and most people walk the track over four days, although there is the ability to do any combination from one to five days. You can catch a water taxi if on any given day you decide not to walk. The track is also popular with mountain bikers and certain sections are able to be biked all year round.

The track passes through lush coastal native bush, home to many of New Zealand's native birds including the Bellbird, Tui, and Morepork, to name just a few. Around pristine bays and along skyline ridges with unsurpassed views, down into Queen Charlotte and Kenepuru Sounds. Marvels abound throughout this Marlborough Sounds walk.
