Bullswool Farm Park is located at the end of Rahu Road, East of Mackaytown, just above the picturesque Karangahake Gorge. There is an array of friendly animals, including miniature horses, donkeys, deer, coloured sheep, emus, ducks, chickens, alpacas, goats and axolotls.

Bullswool Farm Park is home to Keith Austen, comic poet and author of the book Bullswool and Barbed Wire. Keith also breeds axolotls at the farm. He has the unusual distinction of having the largest commercial Axolotl breeding program in New Zealand.

Peaceful and beautiful, a visit to Bullswool Farm is an unforgettable day out for the entire family.
