The estate is set on a 75 acre private peninsula, each villa has its own private grounds and entrances and panoramic views over the Bay of Islands and across to Paihia and Waitangi.

Eagles Nest Villas are beautifully appointed with every luxury provided. Each unique self-contained villa at can be booked alone or in combination, the entire estate accommodates up to 22 people. These world class luxury villas are the perfect venue for customised special events and elegant weddings. Original gourmet Spa Cuisine is an Eagle's Nest speciality, with an extensive wine cellar featuring the best New Zealand and Australian wines and French Champagnes.
