The Gazebo Backpackers is situated on a quiet side street a few minutes walk from the centre of Takaka in the scenic paradise of Golden Bay, New Zealand.

Accommodation in double or dorm rooms is usually limited to 5-6 people to allow for a unique home style feel to the place. Larger groups may be accommodated on request. The front garden accommodates 4 or 5 tent sites, perfect for those on a strict budget who have their own tent and sleeping bag.

The living room area includes a home theatre section with a 42" widescreen television and surround sound speakers. Entertainment includes satellite TV with access to all your favourite channels and foreign news stations. A large number of current DVD movies of all genres are also available.

Located within 3 minutes walk from the centre of Takaka and five minutes from the Information Centre, the Gazebo Backpackers welcomes you to a truly unique home style atmosphere while visiting Golden Bay, New Zealand.
