This wonderful character lodge is set against the backdrop of the stunning Lake Taupo. Kotiri Lodge is located right in the heart of Taupo itself, and guests can enjoy breath taking views of the Lake from the upstairs sunroom.

The lodge has a delightful 1920's style feel to it and can sleep up to 13 guests in its 5 beautifully decorated bedrooms. The lodge also features two living rooms, three dining rooms and two bathrooms. Both the township and the lake are within easy walking distance and for comfort closer to home guests can enjoy the properties peaceful garden.

Further Information: Minimum 2 night stay. Peak rate $320. Off peak (outside school holidays, event weekends, etc.) rate $280 per night for first 2 nights, with 3rd & subsequent nights $260 per night. Weekly/monthly offpeak rates available on request. Cleaning fee $80 and booking fee $40 for each booking. Linen available on request only at $15 per person, per week.
Further Information: Bed 1 - 1 x queen bed. Bed 2 - 1 x double bed. Bed 3 - 3 x single beds (or King Bed plus single) Bed 4 - 1 x bunk beds plus 1 x single trundler bed. Bed 5 (open to 2nd living area) - 1 x queen bed. Bed 6 (off main lounge)- 1 x single bed. 2 Bathrooms - each containing bath (1 with spa bath), shower & toilet. Fully fitted Kitchen with Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, & Dishwasher. Main lounge has Sky TV, DVD,& Stereo. 2nd living area has TV & video. Washing Machine, ironing board & iron, Gas BBQ & outdoor furniture. Gas central heating piped throughout house, + gas fire in main lounge & Wood Burner fire in 2nd living area. Cot and highchair available.
