Mistletoe Bay is a beautiful, former Conservation Campsite on the Queen Charlotte Track. Mistletoe Bay camping area is located beside a beautiful and safe beach. Accommodations include a self-contained holiday home and plenty of camping sites ideal for families or school group adventures. Guests can be also be accommodated in the backpacker lodge.

4 new double-unit Whare (cabins) are soon to be completed which will have a bathroom, sleeping (up to 6) and living areas. A new communal meetinghouse adjacent will contain refrigerated storage, together with cooking and dining facilities. Bookings for these facilities are now being taken for October 2007 and beyond.

Renowned by day tripping family picnickers, holiday campers, commercial tourist operators, school groups, Queen Charlotte track walkers and corporate groups, Mistletoe Bay is a relaxing and tranquil coastal experience for everyone.

Explore the beauty of the Queen Charlotte Track during your stay at Mistletoe Bay. The track passes through a variety of vegetation types, from grassy farmland to undisturbed native forests. At sea level, the forests are particularly lush. Ferns, tree ferns, nikau palms, climbing kiekie vines and perching plants make up a spectacular coastal forest.
