Whare Kea Lodge is located on 70 acres of private farmland on the shore of Lake Wanaka. Designed to capture the setting's unique feeling of space and light, it appears to float above the water allowing guests to enjoy the magnificent location and intimate atmosphere.

The Lodge has two master suites and four deluxe rooms accommodating a maximum of twelve guests. All rooms include; a large ensuite bathroom with double ended bath and separate double shower, coded personal security safe and Bose stereo sound system. The living area has three lounge spaces including open fire, a bar and dining area. There is also a drying room & outdoor hot tub, billiard and TV room, massage room and cellar room.

High in New Zealand's Southern Alps, on the edge of the Mt Aspiring National Park, lies a unique alpine escape - Whare Kea Chalet - luxury where you would least expect to find it.
