Set on a headland above the sub-tropical rainforest, 'The Rocks' Bed and Breakfast provides three guest rooms in a unique wilderness setting with panoramic views and the Pancake Rocks, the Blowholes, and the limestone landscape of the Paparoa National Park right there.
Guests have a choice of either twin-single or queen size beds with en suite facilities, electric blankets, TV, heating and air conditioning. Tea and coffee making equipment is provided in each room as well as a refrigerator with mini-bar, but no cooking facilities. Make use of the upstairs conservatory, library, and decks with views of the Tasman Sea coastline from the lounge and viewing deck. The dining area has windows to the ceiling, which look out to the Paparoa National Park, while the glass walled stairwell looks into the rainforest of tree ferns and other native trees.
The Rocks Homestay makes an ideal base from which to hike in the National Park, explore the limestone gorges, walk on remote beaches, venture into caves, experience the vegetation, listen to the birds, or photograph the sunsets.
