The Canyons Country Lodge

The Canyons Country Lodge is a purpose built luxury lodge perched on a picture postcard site with spectacular views overlooking the celebrated Shotover River and Canyon. The extensive grounds leave a peaceful and exclusively country feel and yet it is only 4km from the centre of Queenstown.

The Honeymoon suite is a romantic hide-away, lavishly decorated and boasts a king size bed. The private ground floor balcony can be accessed via the folding doors allowing the captivating views of the river and canyon directly into the room. The Upper Delux luxurious suite incorporates nearly the entire upper floor of the Lodge.

The dining room and lounge are filled with Italian leather furniture and natural hand crafted New Zealand wood tables and sideboards. The lounge has a natural stone fireplace with a log fire burning as necessary. Massive beams and solid rimu wood floors give these rooms a special alpine feel of quiet comfort and peace.
