One Tree Point Beach Resort is a beachfront motel consisting of five individual self-contained chalets in tranquil, park like surroundings with stunning views across Whangarei Harbour to Mount Manaia.

All chalets are fully self-contained. There are four 1-bedroom units each sleeping 3 people, as well as a large chalet sleeping 6 people. Each chalet is fully furnished with a television, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and stove/oven. Leading off from the kitchen is the laundry and bathroom area with a hot shower and washing machine.

One Tree Point is a place to recharge your batteries with close proximity to shops, schools and boat ramps and with direct beach access. Surf beaches, restaurants, a tavern, Ruakaka racecourse and Waipu Golf Course just 10 minutes away.
