Shared rooms, cabins and tent sites, The Tree House Backpackers Lodge is set in subtropical gardens, forest and woodland next to the peaceful Hokianga Harbour, and close to the Hokianga vehicle ferry.

The Tree House Backpackers Lodge provides accommodation for the independent traveller, bicycle tourist or backpacker travelling on Northland's Twin Coast Discovery Highway between Cape Reinga and the Waipoua Kauri forest.

The lodge and cabins are nestled in large natural gardens of subtropical plants, woodland, native forest and birds. The Tree House is also a base to explore west coast forests and beaches and an hour's drive to the Bay of Islands.
