The upper level features two Queen suites with private bathrooms, one twin with private guest study, all with harbour views. The lower level features the romantic Garden Studio with a sunny private courtyard, queen size bed with ensuite and separate lounge area with TV. Additionally, guests have use of the ground floor lounge, with cosy fire, and stylish, comfortable furnishings.

Gourmet breakfast is served either in the large kitchen, formal dining room with balcony, or weather permitting, alfresco. For total relaxation, enjoy our fine teas, superb coffee, tasty treats or listen to CD's in the guest study and garden studio.

Local Area: Akaroa, the only French settlement in New Zealand. Akaroa is a well-preserved gem of history, being the oldest town in the Canterbury district. The boutique shops and businesses and the cluster of fine restaurants along the waterfront provide a great range of goods and services. Drive over to Barry's Bay Cheese Factory to sample the different varieties of cheese or visit a Winery. Take a Black Cat Boat cruise to view or swim with the rare Hectors dolphins ( smallest dolphins in the world), or just sit back and enjoy the wildlife and picturesque features of Akaroa Harbour.
