Awatea Park Motel is perfect place for business or pleasure. On offer are a range of 16 motel units comprising two, two bedroom units; seven, one bedroom units and seven studios, which are all comfortable, spacious and serviced daily.

There are conference facilities for up to 40 people, ICT equipment is available at reasonable prices. The main room provides entry to two withdrawal rooms. The first a conservatory perfect for morning & afternoon teas and lunches and the second a directors room, toilet and chair. The motel provides a catering facility.

The motel is an ideal base for seminars and conferences close to Massey and to many sporting and cultural amenities and a licensed restaurant within three minutes walk. Massey University is only a short drive away and it is only a two minute stroll to the botanical gardens.
