Forget the usual noisy, inner city backpacker lodges; come to Hekerua Lodge for a peaceful alternative, nestled into an acre of native bush on Waiheke Island. Enjoy total privacy from neighbours as you soak under the stars in the lodge's spa pool or read a book on a private veranda.

Choose from many accommodation options at the lodge; single, twin and double rooms, self contained four or seven-share cabins and dorms with ensuites or shared facilities. Limited camping in the lush gardens is available if desired, and as with all guests, campers are welcome to use the lodge facilities.

Hekerua Lodge Backpackers is a five minute walk from the vilage of Little Oneroa and its protected beach, or another 15 minutes walking will take you to Oneroa, with cafes, shops and services.
