Only available on an exclusive use basis for parties of two to eight. Large gracious living rooms downstairs in which to relax, and enjoy fine New Zealand wines and excellent food.

Situated amongst wonderful old trees on a 500 acre farm amidst North Canterbury's beautiful rolling hills there is one of Canterbury's finest old country houses. A very private elegant home: Tipapa.

The daily rate for the exclusive use of Tipapa is $3,750 inclusive of GST at 12.5% for 2-6 persons. An additional charge of $1,250 including GST should the party include an additional 1 to 2 persons. Minimum stay 2 nights. The rate is all inclusive - all meals, drinks, laundry charges, and local communication costs.
