"The Terraces" offer luxurious and affordable apartment-style accommodation, right across the road from the beach. The apartments are fully self-contained with your own balcony to enjoy the views.

Mount Maunganui has, for many years, been New Zealand's premier summer playground, enjoying a wonderfully temperate climate and kilometres of welcoming coastline, its beautiful white sands kissed by the South Pacific Ocean.

You can take in the sun and surf and relax on the sandy beach that is only 150m away. There is beach access opposite the complex.

We did not enjoy our stay here at all the hosts watched our every move as we came and went office looked straight into our apartment and every time we passed a window they were looking straight in had some family come to say hi for 5 mins and they even commented on how they were watched the whole time ...
