Haven of Peace

The sleek, modern design of Haven of Peace allows guests to appreciate it's spectacular position; perched on one acre above a private bay on beautiful Waiheke Island. The large three bedroom house is a comfortable place for a group or family break, and those who want true privacy. Also on the same property, for rent with the house is The Chalet; a cute cottage that sleeps four guests.

In the main house, three bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for up to eight; four single bunks, one queen and one king bed. The open-plan one level house has floor to ceiling windows, a modern kitchen, large indoor and outdoor dining areas, and comfortable lounge area. There are two bathrooms in the designer home and a large open fireplace in the loungeroom.

The Chalet at Haven is not as modern as the main house, but is also self contained, and comfortably furnished to create a rustic ambience. The cottage sleeps four, giving additional room for those staying at Haven of Peace; perhaps somewhere for the kids to sleep?

Take the stairs below the main house to your own secluded rocky beach, or sit and enjoy the views to the north from the decks or yard. Waiheke Island is a great place for fishing; why not catch your own fish and cook it up on one of the backyard BBQs?
