Ounuwhao Guest Lodge is an immaculately restored kauri villa {circa 1894) offering superior accommodation in four queen rooms, two with extra single bed - all with en-suite or private bathrooms. Guestrooms have their own individual decor, traditional hand-made patchwork quilts, brass beds, and fresh flowers picked from the garden to greet you on arrival. The two front rooms feature their own washstand and have French doors opening onto the verandah and conservatory area with sea views.

Enjoy wrap around verandahs in the summer months and a large guest lounge, with tea and coffee available all day, television, magazines, a wide selection of books and the daily newspaper. A homemade breakfast with fresh baked bread and gourmet hot dish is served daily.

For guests wanting a space of their own, a detached Garden Suite, with spa bath and shower sits comfortably in the cottage gardens, king bed or twin, offering peace and privacy.
