The Ranch

The Maungakotukutuku Ranch is a 65 acre estate with luxury self-contained accommodation for eight people. The Ranch sits high above the Kapiti Coast looking westward to Kapiti Island, an important native bird sanctuary. Magnificent coastal views stretch from the top of the South Island to the slopes of Mt Taranaki.

The Ranch has four luxurious bedrooms, three bathrooms and two spacious living areas with stone fireplace open to a large deck. Guests can enjoy a wide range of private onsite facilities including swimming pool, spa pool, golf hole and tennis court. The Maungakotukutuku Ranch is only 45 minutes from Wellington, ten minutes from two golf courses, the Kapiti Coast beaches, Southward Car Museum, quality local food producers, many outdoor adventures and the Tararua National Park.
