The Waterfront Apartments, Picton, consist of two self-contained ground and first floor holiday apartments within a prestigious marina property on Picton's marina. Each apartment has three spacious bedrooms with built-in closets, two bathrooms and living and deck areas designed to maximize the extensive views across the Queen Charlotte Sounds and Picton marina which attracts super-yachts from across the world.

The apartment living area opens out onto a tiled patio area and garden chairs are provided. The garden is fully stocked with a glorious display of roses during the autumn and winter and freesias during the spring. Seals and dolphins have been frequently spotted just outside the house so keep your eyes open!
