Forsyth Island - Paruparu Lodge

Paruparu Lodge offers luxury accommodation on your own private island! Discover Forsyth Island and the spectacular views from 400 meters above water. The Lodge consists of three spacious bedrooms (sleeps up to 8 guests), a modern kitchen, dining room, a generous living area with high walls and a roofed veranda.

At Paruparu Lodge you will be greeted by cuisine from the fruit of the sea, traditional menus to your liking, citrus fruit from the island garden and an excellent selection of the finest New Zealand wines from the well known vineyards of Blenheim. Guests may choose full board (the caretaker couple prepares breakfast, lunch and dinner) or self catering- the caretakers provide the requested provisions.

Enjoy a myriad of outdoor activities from your private island including boat tours, fishing trips, swimming, kayaking and surfing - the waters surrounding the island are warm and clear in summer, whale and dolphin watching, hiking through the numerous island paths, spectacular flora and fauna - what more can one ask for!
