Joya Garden and Villa Studios

Joya Garden and Villa Studios is located in a quiet area of central Nelson. The accommodation consists of two spacious self-contained studios situated in the organic gardens of one of Nelson's finest heritage villas.

The log studio with grass roof overlooks a pond and little waterfall and has a private deck and terraces. The villa studio comprises a ground floor studio apartment that opens up to a sheltered and private terrace. Enjoy the organic fruit and herb gardens, free internet and the books and DVDs of the in-house library.

An optional organic vegetarian breakfast can be served on the main deck of the villa, which has a view of the city, the hilltops of the Centre of New Zealand and a glimpse of the sea. Nelson's award winning restaurants, cafes and galleries are just a five-minute stroll away.
