Whatamonga Home Stay

Whatamonga Home Stay offers two separate self-contained guest apartments and two double guest rooms in the main house. Set in native bush just past Karaka Point with panoramic views over Whatamonga Bay and Queen Charlotte Sound, the accommodation offers seclusion, direct access to the beach and yet is only a 20 minute drive from Picton.

Whatamonga Home Stay has been specifically designed by one of Marlborough's leading designers to face north for best sun and to allow guests to enjoy the view and their seclusion, or enjoy the extensive interaction with the sea offered by accommodation with direct access to the water. Two single person sea kayaks are available for guests to explore the water, or simply enjoy watching passing ships and the extensive native bird life while siting on the deck.

Evening meals are served in the main house as are cooked breakfasts. Continental breakfasts can be delivered to the units or downstairs bedrooms by prior arrangement.
