Tighnafeile House

Tighnafeile House is a charming 1911 colonial home beautifully restored to create a top class boutique lodging. Guest facilities include four private rooms inclusive of two Honeymoon Suites. One has a king size 4 poster bed and en suite bathroom. The other has a queen size bed and en suite bathroom (with a 2 person shower). There is also a twin bedroom (2 single beds) with its own separate bathroom including bath and shower and a single bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

Rimu-panelled walls and a grand stairway with furniture and artwork in keeping with the architecture all add to the luxury of this homestay. For your comfort there are two lounges - one is a separate guests' lounge and the other a share main lounge, also a private reading room with tea and coffee making facilities opening onto an upstairs balcony. Two dining rooms are also available with an excellent continental and cooked breakfast supplied.
