Further Information: The Queen Charlotte Track has had a record number of walkers over the past year. There are not many other walking tracks, where your luggage is transported by water taxi to your accommodation each night. All you need to carry for each of the four days is your lunch, water, camera and coat. Many of our guests stay with us before and after the walk. There are also many shorter excellent local walks available directly from our McCormick House doorstep. Picton township is rapidly expanding with more excellent restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from. Planning for a new, exciting waterfront development is well underway.
